How do I get to The Expo Center?

Where should I park when attending an event at The Expo Center?

We have lots of parking space available! Depending on the size of the event, you will be able to find parking spaces in the paved lot directly off of Lorch Ave. We also have over 2,000 open grass spots.

Is the Eau Claire Expo Center handicap accessible?

Our entire facility is handicap accessible. Our exhibit hall, meeting rooms, barns, and concession stand are all one-story buildings with accessible ramps.

Am I allowed to bring in outside food and beverages?

When you are hosting an event at our facilities, you can work with any outside vendors you choose. Our Eau Claire event venue provides the space, rental equipment, parking, and a commercial kitchen to help you plan the ideal event.

Is wireless Internet available in your meeting facilities?

We have free WiFi throughout our indoor meeting facilities as well as our outdoor grounds.

Does The Eau Claire Expo Center host weddings?

Yes! We are capable of hosting many types of events, weddings included! With our large, indoor exhibit hall, we have the space to host all your family and friends for your special day. We also offer a large commercial kitchen which is great for prepping your wedding reception meal and appetizers.

What equipment is provided in your commercial kitchen?

Our brand new commercial-grade kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools to whip up a masterpiece. We provide a: six burner stove, duel ovens, griddle, commercial refrigerator, walk-in cooler, freezer, four compartment sink, microwave, prep area, and serving countertop.
