AAUW BOOK SALE

Friday, September 22nd – 4 to 8 PM at Building E

The Eau Claire Branch of AAUW (American Association of University Women) has sponsored a book sale in Eau Claire for 60 years.  The sale offers used books on many topics ranging from fiction, children's literature, hobbies, Wisconsin history, travel, science fiction to cooking and rare finds.  Last year we handled 10,000 books - collecting, sorting, displaying, and selling books to readers and book sellers who traveled from three states to buy used books at good prices.

The used book sale opens on a Friday evening. It continues all day Saturday and part of Sunday, with significant mark downs on the last day.

Book buyers enjoy a relaxed and well organized event where books are easy to find and volunteers are ready to help. There is also ample and free parking.

Proceeds from the sale support higher education scholarships at UW-Eau Claire and CVTC (Chippewa Valley Technical College), and send two young women to a national leadership conference.

PUBLIC WELCOME!
